This attraction does allow you to show your E-ticket on a smart phone for entry.
How long does it take to tour the attraction?
We recommend allowing 2 hours or more to tour the aquarium.

Free parking is available in front of the aquarium.
Do I need to make a reservation if I purchased the Stingray Experience?
Yes, this ticket type does require you to call the phone number listed on your E-ticket to set-up a tour time.
If my child is 5 and under, can they participate in the Stingray Experience?
Sorry, but this tour is only for ages 6+ years old.
If I purchased the Aquarium + U-Pick 1 Combo, where do I redeem my E-ticket?
You will want to visit the Ripley’s Aquarium first to redeem your E-ticket. Once there, you can let them know which one other Ripley’s attraction you would like to visit.
Do I have to use the U-Pick Combo tickets the same day?
No, you can visit the other Ripley’s attraction during any part of your stay.
Can I leave and revisit the same day?
You can, we ask that you get your hand stamped in your Cargo Hold Gift Shop on your way out.
Are strollers allowed?
The aquarium is stroller friendly. Strollers can be rented at guest services for an additional fee.
Do you allow pets?
Sorry, not pets allowed. Only service animals per ADA specifications.
Are cameras allowed?
Yes, you can take pictures and or take video to share with your friends.
